The Brook Trout Inn has been carefully designed to create a friendly, relaxed atmosphere for our guests and their friends and family. Our indoor and outdoor common areas are warm and inviting and designed for dining and other group activities that create the memorable experiences you’ll treasure for years to come.
Dining Area
Our main office building features a dining area that can accommodate approximately 40 people in total. Table seating is available for up to 25 people at a time. In addition to a cozy stone fireplace, the dining room is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, full-sized fridge, Keurig coffee maker and a hot griddle for making eggs or omelets. Guests are welcome to use the room or any of these items at their own leisure. It’s the perfect space to gather for breakfast, enjoy a festive cocktail hour, or enjoy a take-out meal from one of the many area restaurants in the evening.
Continental Breakfast
We invite you to join us in the Dining Area for a continental breakfast. In addition to the coffee you’ll find in your room, there is more coffee and tea available in the lobby area. Breakfast items would include individually wrapped bagels, a variety of cereals, fruit, and yogurt. We offer eggs and bacon in our fridge and have an induction frying pan set up for guests to cook on if they would like to.
Outdoor Areas
- Each room features an outside deck or patio with chairs so guests can relax and enjoy the mountain air.
- Out back, there is also a large fire pit that guests can enjoy. It’s a perfect way to warm up on chilly evenings, snuggle with your loved ones, or make some s’mores with the kids. Guests are reminded to practice fire safety and fully extinguish all fires. Please don’t hesitate to ask us for assistance; we’re glad to help.
- Next to the fire pit, there is also a charcoal grill and picnic tables available for guests to use.
- A short hiking trail on the property is ideal for walking your dog or just enjoying some quiet time in the woods.
Recreation
Some near-by recreational facilities are available at different times of the year for guest use. Please inquire at the front desk for current opportunities.
